Economic Vitality Roadmap
Over the past decade, La Pine put a lot of work into creating plans for a stronger economy. In 2015, a grant from The Ford Family Foundation funded an initiative to enhance La Pine's economic vitality.
The City of La Pine and Rural Development Initia-tives (RDI) used existing plans and community input to identify top priorities and form three Action Teams to bring these priorities into reality. Action Teams are made up of community volunteers who know what needs doing and who to call on to help.
Engaging La Pine community members in meaningful community economic activities, toward the goal of supporting and encouraging a thriving local small business community is how this plan will be successful.
Please contact one of these teams to help bring about La Pine's bright future.
