Cascade Fitness Center has been fighting winter blues in La Pine since 1987. Locals and visitors alike are welcome on an annual, monthly or per visit basis. Our facilities include the most updated exercise equipment available, with an in-house trainer on staff at all times. Don't forget to check out the saunas, hot tubs and swimming pool after a tough work out.

Monday through Sunday, 6am to 9pm

Closed on all major holidays , New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas Day.
